A “Nonprofit” National C.L.U.B. and Animal Protection Organization to Protect Pet Owners.

Welcome to our National Organization known as Animals C.L.U.B.- Freedom.

We the People, of this National “Nonprofit” Organization, want to express our appreciation to you for taking an “active”interest in preserving “your” rights to freely own your “pets”and “animals” without intrusion by the government, individuals, or “animal rights activist” groups or other organizations, who’s sole mission are to “eliminate” and “destroy” our freedom, liberty, and American way of life, with our pets and animals on our own private property as extended members of our families.

Laws are only words written on paper, words that change on society’s whim, and are interpreted differently daily by politicians, lawyers, judges, and policemen. We cannot by total reliance on law; escape our “duty” to judge right and wrong, and take “action” to stop the tyranny at “Freedom’s Gate.” For a person’s religion is not worth it’s salt, if the animals and pets are not the better for it.

Fluoride in Dog Food: Bone Meal and Cheap Fillers May Deliver Toxic Dose

Fluoride in Dog Food: Bone Meal and Cheap Fillers May Deliver Toxic Dose

NationalDogPress.com — 14 July 09

Fluoride in Dog Food: Bone Meal and Cheap Fillers May Deliver Toxic Dose

Is what you’re feeding your dog delivering toxic doses of fluoride and putting your pet at risk?

An independent lab study of 10 dog food brands commissioned by the Environmental Working Group (EWG) found that eight out of ten of them contained levels of fluoride up to two and a half times higher than the standard set by the EPA for drinking water, highlighting the need for more stringent guidelines for pet foods.

“Our findings point to the need for basic health protections that require companies to prove their products are safe before they are sold. Bringing public health laws in line with the newest scientific research is a critical step in protecting the health of all members of American households, whether they walk on two legs or four.” - Olga Naidenko, Ph.D, lead researcher of the study

The findings of the study, hot on the heels of the melamine in pet food scandal, claim that the levels of fluoride in the dog foods were higher than those associated with bone cancer in boys (Harvard, 2006), but because no limits have been set for dogs, the study raises more questions than it answers.

“Due to a failed regulatory system and suspect practices by some in the pet food industry, countless dogs may be ingesting excessive fluoride that could put them at risk.” - Naidenko

The sources of the fluoride were most likely from animal byproducts and bone meal, and EWG stated that the brands found to contain excess fluoride had contents which included chicken by-product meal, poultry by-product meal, chicken meal, beef and bone meal. These ingredients are so-called “filler” used to bulk up the food.

The levels of fluoride found in the dog foods ranged between 7 and 11.2 mg per kilogram (kg) with an average of 8.9 mg/kg in the 8 brands. Two of the dog food brands did not contain detectable levels of fluoride.

According to the report, a 10-pound puppy that eats a cup of dog food per day would consume 0.25 milligrams of fluoride per kg of body weight per day, which is five times higher than the safe level set by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

EWG recommends purchasing dog food which is free from bone meal and “byproducts” to be on the safe side, and doing some research to find the healthiest, cleanest food for your pet.

Animals C.L.U.B.- Freedom Evidence for Proper ‘Tethering’ of Dogs Being OK!

Animals C.L.U.B.- Freedom Evidence for Proper ‘Tethering’ of Dogs Being OK!

It seems that the conventional wisdom among conscientious dog pet owners is that keeping dogs on chains is cruel and abusive. This attitude probably stems in a large sense from the tendency to humanize dogs. People are not chained; therefore, dogs should not be chained. We will make a case here that generally keeping dogs on chains, given that they get proper daily exercise off the chain, is not only reasonable but actually better for at least working dogs.

As appealing as the idea of equating humans and dogs is, we need to recognize the undisputable scientific fact that we are two different species with different needs, perspectives and patterns of behavior. Dogs are basically a product of instincts, developed from the days when the dog was a wild predator, and patterns of behavior, installed mostly in their youth by environment through repetition; not greatly different from humans except that humans have greater ability to change in later life. Dogs as adults are happiest if their life involves consistency, regularity and as little change as possible, not to mention the obvious requirement of fulfillment of their basic needs (food, exercise, companionship and sex). Therefore, to be kept on a chain along with consistency and satisfaction of their basic needs is as acceptable to a dog’s psychic as living freely in a small enclosure.

Furthermore, there are a number of advantages to both humans and dogs in a kennel with tethering as opposed to runs. These include the following:

(1) Dogs on tethers get more and better exercise. A 6-foot tether offers a dog about 113 square feet of living space; a 7-foot tether offers 154 square feet. Contrast this to a 5 x 20-foot run offering 100 square feet, or if two dogs are in it, only 50 square feet per dog. More importantly, dogs on a tether can move (run) continuously forever, albeit in a circle. Dogs in a run are limited to the length of the run, usually not long enough to even allow the dog to break into a lope. The end result of a tethered dog is a dog where the body is physically developed uniformly; muscles in both the front and rear get exercised. A dog in a run develops strong rear leg jumping muscles from jumping against the fence at the ends of the run, and his front end essentially withers away from lack of use.

(2) Dogs on tethers get more and better people socialization. People are more likely to move among and touch dogs in a tethered set-up simply because it is easy to do. They can easily move in and out of each dog’s area, smother some dogs with attention, and make just a peripheral contact with others. People are discouraged from entering runs with free dogs because gates have to be manipulated and special attention has to be paid to keep dogs from escaping, and this has to be done repeatedly with every dog or two. Thus, a kenneled dog’s extra human contact often just consists of a lot of finger tips sticking through chain link squares, compared to the tethered dogs getting a complete person.

(3) Kennel clean-up is easier when gates and escaping dogs aren’t present.

(4) Dogs socialize better with each other and their environment in general when there are not partitions (fences) between them.

(5) Dogs get better rest when they learn that no other dog can get into their space. In a run with a companion, or even without a companion but with a dog in an adjacent run, a dog instinctually never lets the thought of the other dog out of his brain. In a tethered set-up dogs seem to quickly recognize that no other dog can get into their circle and that there they are totally safe. Furthermore, dogs learn over a period of time to respect their companions’ areas. When dogs are released to the exercise area, they are quite careful about moving only between or on the fringe of the remaining dogs’ areas. Should a dog accidentally get loose, immediately everyone else roars their disapproval, so all dogs, sleeping or otherwise, are forewarned of a possible intruder which increases their feelings of security over time.

(6) Dogs on a tether develop dexterity and agility regarding moving around a line. This is very helpful for sled dogs, whose work involves just such abilities.

Although a tethering kennel set-up is good in itself, I strongly believe that it should be accompanied with a regular free running exercise routine. Compatible groups of dogs should be turned loose at least once a day to run free in a pen of enough size to allow the dogs to really stretch out at a full gallop without fear of crashing into a fence. I recommend at least 1 acre, and a release time of anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours. Of course, free exercise can be reduced or even eliminated on days when a dog is worked. It is interesting that tethered dogs released to exercise, really do exercise. Kenneled dogs so-released often tend to not do much running, but just lay-around like they are still in a run.

The tethered kennel set-up that I have described here has a lot in common with the life of a predator in the wild, presumably the basis for a dog’s basic instincts. First, there is the stalking, then the wild chase and kill, followed by food gorging. Finally, there is a long (20 hours) rest. Then the process is repeated. Liken this to the tethered set-up with a daily free exercise period.

Dog Owner’s Law, Right’s and Freedom’s This Fine Day

by DogPressOrg on Jul.04, 2009, under Uncategorized

Dog Owner’s Law, Right’s and Freedom’s in NAIS
On this Fine 4 Jul 09 Independence Day

PEACE will come when people live
In friendship, side by side,
And cherish understanding
More than hatred, greed and pride.

PEACE will come when people see
All people as the same,
And no one has to live in fear,
In ignorance, or shame.

PEACE will come when people
Who are needy can reach out
For shelter, food, or love,
And no has to do without.

PEACE will come when people
Learn to listen and to care
About the rights and dignity
Of people everywhere.

“Yesterday, the greatest question was decided
which ever was debated in America;

and a greater perhaps never was,
nor will be, decided among men.

A resolution was passed without one dissenting colony,
that those United Colonies are,
and of right ought to be,
free and independent States

Now you ask, so how does this affect me?

Wake up soon, my good people
and you will see

“RFID”

Cattle tags, hog tags, goat tags horse tags
at the

you have to get.

Now do you think you will still be Free?
FEES!

CONFISCATION’S!
Until the Animal Dies!

Well I will Fight the NAIS
the USDA too won’t get past
I believe my Animals do have souls
I am their Protector
Which by my Fight with Honor, I will uphold!

By “on HIGH” am I “inspired”
To “Honor” him, not you, in your wake
I will my Right’s and Freedom’s
No matter what YOU say.
God given Constitutional Rights, are at stake

My Animals have soul’s of Life
I am “duty” bound to stay in the Fight
NAIS will not take my Animals
Their souls will still be around

There is a bridge connecting heaven and earth.
It is called the Rainbow Bridge
Because of its many colors.
Just this side of the Rainbow Bridge there is a land of meadows,
Hills and valleys with lush green grass.

When a beloved pet dies, the pet goes to this place.
There is always food and water and warm spring weather.
The old and frail animals are young again.
Those who are maimed are made whole again.
They play all day with each other.
There is only one thing missing.
They are not with their special person who loved them on earth.

So, each day they run and play until the day comes
When one suddenly stops playing and looks up!
The nose twitches! The ears are up! The eyes are staring!
And this one suddenly runs from the group.

You have been seen,
and when you and your special friend meet,
you take him or her in your arms and embrace.
Your face is kissed again and again and again,
And you look once more into the eyes of your trusting pet.

Then you cross the Rainbow Bridge together, never to be separated again.

I believe I am Fighting for Our Lives with Animals
The Bridge now is over troubled waters
Rainbow colors are now changing
to Blood red flows
Freedom’s death march now comes chasing

NAIS is flowing ever closer
To the Rainbow bridge
Connecting heaven and earth.
Freedom’s gate to keep your Animal’s closer

Your Liberty and Freedom
the USDA will take
If you don’t get a grip
and let reality wake

Fight the NAIS
Again I say
You don’t believe in what I say?
So be it
I do, I prayed!
“on HIGH” inspired my attack
to Stop the Oppressor’s
Before Rainbow bridge does collapse

“Demolition” is NAIS, I say
to our Animals and Our Lives
you had better pray

Now you ask, so how does this affect me?
So I say

Wake up soon, my good people
and you will see
whether you believe in “me” or not
In what and how, ” I say!”

You will be “Chipped”
As will the Animals.
And your Freedom will
Be “Chipped” away!

USDA “mandatory” Regulation
One Fine Day!

FIREWORKS AND PETS DON’T MIX - SAFETY TIPS

by DogPressOrg on Jul.03, 2009, under Uncategorized

animalsclubfreedom-2-1aspxjpg
FIREWORKS AND PETS DON’T MIX - SAFETY TIPS
• Never use fireworks near or around your pets;

• Avoid taking pets to fireworks displays;

• Keep pets indoors at home in a sheltered, quiet area. Some animals become destructive when frightened. Remove any items that pets can destroy or that could be harmful if chewed. Leave the television or radio on if you leave home;

• If your pet is distressed by loud noises like thunder, talk to your veterinarian before July 4th about ways to alleviate any fears or problems that may arise during fireworks displays;

• Never leave pets outside unattended — even in a fenced yard or on a chain. When they’re scared, pets who normally wouldn’t leave the yard may escape and become lost; others could get tangled in their chain;

• Make sure your pets are wearing their identification tags. That way they can be returned if they escape and become lost. Animals found running loose should be taken to a local animal shelter so they can reunited with their owners;

• Never leave your pets in the car. In just a few short minutes, pets can suffer serious health effects — or even die — from breathing the hot air inside a car. And partially opened windows do not provide enough air and could give thieves an opportunity to steal your pets.

• Never leave alcoholic drinks unattended where pets can reach them. Alcoholic beverages can poison pets. If ingested, the animal could become intoxicated and weak, severely depressed, or go into a coma. Death from respiratory failure is also possible in severe cases;

• Do not apply sunscreen or insect repellent products to your pet that are not specifically labeled for use on animals. Ingestion of sunscreen can result in drooling, vomiting, diarrhea, excessive thirst, and lethargy. Misuse of insect repellent that contains DEET can also lead to neurological problems in pets;

• Keep matches and lighter fluid out of pets reach. Some matches contain chlorates, which could damage blood cells and result in difficulty breathing — or kidney disease in severe cases. Lighter fluid can irritate a pet’s skin, and if ingested, can produce gastrointestinal irritation and central nervous system depression. If lighter fluid is inhaled, aspiration pneumonia and breathing problems could develop;

• Keep your pets on their normal diet. Any change, even for one meal, can give pets severe indigestion and diarrhea. This is especially true with older animals, which have more delicate digestive systems and nutritional requirements. And remember, onions, chocolate, coffee, avocado, grapes, raisins, salt and yeast dough are potentially toxic to pets;

• Never put glow jewelry on pets or let them play with these items. While the luminescent substance is not highly toxic, excessive drooling and gastrointestinal irritation could still result from ingestions. And intestinal blockage could occur from swallowing large pieces of the plastic containers;

• Keep citronella candles, insect coils, and oil products out of pets reach. Ingestion of these products can cause stomach irritation or central nervous system depression. If inhaled, the oils could cause aspiration pneumonia in pets.

• While exposure to lit fireworks can potentially result in severe burns and/or trauma to the face and paws of curious pets, even unused fireworks can pose a danger. Many types contain potentially toxic substances, including potassium nitrate, arsenic and other heavy metals.

• Pet owners who suspect their animals have ingested a poisonous substance can contact the Animal Poison Control Center at (888) 426-4435. A $60 consultation fee with them may apply.

A Dog Named Scamp, Headed for the Pound - His Name is Now “PUPPY!”

By Dean A. Ayers
Lead Investigative Reporter
NationalDogPress.com Headline News ©

I want to tell you a “true” story, about a dog named Scamp. I can assure you the facts of this story are true, as the dog named Scamp was born in my very own home, once upon a time, about a year ago. But I had only called the dog by it’s generic name, calling the dog “puppy.”

My dogs, are a very important and special part of my life. Always have been, always will be. My dogs are truly my “extended family” of sorts, as all my human children have grown up, and found their way. I live alone now; my dogs, and I, paws in hand, and vice versa helping each other to be happy, and always look forward each day to the pursuit of happiness in this life, and hopefully the next as well.

My dogs, are rarely mentioned by me personally, in any respect, out of respect for my private life, that is solely fulfilled by my dogs company, not having them for any other reason or motive. No money making schemes, breeding business goals, nor any reason what so ever to make my dogs a public venue. They are, in fact, my family, whom I keep private. But I am compelled by this story to tell you all, about this dog, once mine, named Scamp.

On or about one year ago, I happened to have one litter of Lhasa Apso puppies, by chance, as my family of dogs, do spend a lot of joyful time together, and when the female Lhasa Apso came into season, I had a litter of puppies. Mind you, this does not happen very often, so I was very excited to see these new little creatures being born into this earthly world, and watch them grow, learn, and develop day, by day.

This litter of puppies were so cute, that I truly adored the little puppies, and knowing that if I actually named them individually, I would be hard pressed to part with them. So I only called these beautiful little canine creatures by the generic name of “puppy.” But I always called “Puppy” each and every one, with heart felt attachment, emotion, and love, but knowing, the puppies would not be kept permanently by me. I would find them good homes.

On or about 8-9 weeks of age of the puppies, I managed to find all the litter mates a good home. One by one, I said goodbye to each little living canine soul, born and raised in my home, and I turned each dog, I only named “puppy” over to it’s new family members. It was a hard thing to do, but the right thing for the puppies as well, and I was careful to find true families that wanted to love these puppies as much as I had. I did succeed, and pressed on in life with my own adult family dogs in life.

Now it is about a year later, and I received a very unusual telephone call. It was the owner of one male Lhasa Apso canine dog, named Scamp. The caller stated that he had to give up his dog named Scamp, a male Lhasa Apso dog, because of personal reasons that could not be avoided, and that he was about to take his dog named Scamp to the animal shelter (I call it the pound). Scamp’s owner told me that he had long ago lost my name and number on how to contact me, as I was the original owner of this dog as a puppy. The owner felt he had no alternative but to take the dog to the pound. However, my chance, by god, by whatever reason, maybe coincidence, or eternal intervention (your choice), the owner was surfing on the Internet, and found Animals C.L.U.B.- Freedom web site, and recognized, that the Director of this site, was the original owner (me) of the dog named Scamp.

Scamp’s owner immediately called me up and explained that by chance he had found me, and wanted me to know that he was about to be enroute to the dog pound to give up Scamp his dog. The owner wanted to know, if I would be willing to take the dog Scamp back, as he recognized I was the original owner of this dog. Of course, I said yes, I would intervene to prevent this dog from going to the dog pound. I felt a responsibility of having allowed this dog to be born into this world, there for, I should also prevent the dog (long since gone) to be saved from being placed in a dog pound, potentially to die by Euthanization if not adopted out in a reasonable period of time.

I drove that same day over an hour to get to the owner of Scamp. Mind you, this dog had only been with me, for it’s original 8 weeks of it’s life, and now it was a year later with no contact with me at all. Upon making contact with the dog Scamp, he was very scared to go near me, and quite frankly seemed to recognize that he (Scamp) was going on a one way trip as well. The hour long trip in the car with Scamp, went smoothly, but was hard on the dog Scamp, in that, he had just lost his owner of one year, and essentially his entire adult life to that point. Scamp was stand offish at a minimum, and probably very stressed as well.

Upon arriving home with Scamp, I introduced him to my family of dogs, and needless to say, everyone in the house, was aware that a new dog was on the premises. I talked to Scamp for a little bit calling him by his names “Scamp” but the now adult male dog, still remained somewhat illusive, and cold being that I was actually now a stranger to the dog, after one year apart.

I looked at Scamp, and had recalled how this fine dog, had been just a little puppy in my midst once upon a time, and I called in that silly high pitched voice out to him… “here puppy!” As God is my witness, that dog immediately halted it’s whines and whimpers, and looked directly at me, as if that dog had seen a long lost love of it’s papa. I again called to the dog, “Puppy you are home, it’s me, do you remember me puppy?”

In a split second, that dog, which I now call “Puppy” burst into a joyful tail wagging free for all roll on the floor, and started barking in the most wonderful tone of affection that a dog can show. “Puppy, fell at my feet, rolling upside down for me to rub his belly, and show me that he was being submissive to my attention, that he trusted me. It took nothing more, that the words and tone of my voice, in a memorable reunion of souls, by a simple but loving word used to describe this canine, I called as an 8 week old dog, “puppy.”

I have never at any time, questioned the validity, that animals, and especially dogs, are “living beings with a soul.” And after observing the intact memory of this dog, by the simple one toned word of affection, that I used, calling this dog “puppy” testified to me, that God does in fact take care of his flock, and that flock includes more than just people, it includes the dogs as well. Instantly “puppy” recalled his past as a puppy in my home, and he remembered me, by my voice, tone, and/or name “puppy.” I have never been so happy to see this “puppy” once again, now reborn again, not into an animal shelter, or dog pound to be potentially “put down,” euthanized, but eternal intervention (I call it) allowed “puppy” to be reunited with a loving owner, who cherished this dog, once upon a time, as a puppy. God does work in mysterious ways, even with dogs named “puppy.”

I can only say, what I have said before on Animals C.L.U.B.- Freedom, to explain this dog manner of having happy canine memories and a joyful reunion as follows:

Your Dogs…

They are your friends, your partners, your defenders, your extended family, your dogs.

You are their life, their love, their leader.

They will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of their heart.

You owe it to them to be worthy of such devotion.

Your extended family, Your Dogs.

This particular Lhasa Apso dog, happens now to be named, “Puppy.” Scamp is now his nick-name. A dog loved, and loving all the way thru. Just once a puppy at heart, but now a devoted canine friend, and once again family member, with every beat of his heart…and now mine as well.

God Bless the dogs, and all the “puppies” of this earthly world. You owe it to them to be worthy of such devotion.

HSUS, Animal Rights, and Animal Law School Joint Ventures

(MeatingPlace) — 16 Jun 09

A dog represented by an attorney in court may sound like a joke, but it’s not funny. It seems that animal rights law is rapidly growing in US law schools. According to the Lewis & Clark School of Law in Oregon,” animal law is a developing area of law encompassing any and all legal matters relating to animals, much in the same way that Environmental Law encompasses a broad range of issues.” Now, I’m not at all sure I know what that means, but I am sure that I need to learn more.

George Washington University Law School and the Humane Society of the United States, HSUS, have a joint venture, the Animal Law Litigation Project, which is intended to “improve enforcement of animal protection laws.” According to the Wall Street Journal, Bob Barker of The Price is Right Fame has donated millions to various law schools to establish animal law programs. Some of the schools benefiting from his generosity include Harvard, Columbia, Georgetown, Duke, Northwestern, Stanford and UCLA.

I suspect that the upsurge in law schools offering course in this area is because there is a need for clarification of issues such as “cruelty”. Like pornography, the definition is obvious from more than one point of view. I wonder when the ACLU will get on this bandwagon. And, in case you think this is a fringe movement, prestigious schools like Harvard Law, Duke, University of Virginia and Stanford are offering courses.

Those of us in animal agriculture need to pay attention. The law should be above emotion, however, my fear is that like virtually everything else surrounding animal welfare, the law too will become tainted with emotion.

To Battle North Korea and Iran Threat; USA Has Built Three New Navy Ships

To Battle North Korea and Iran Threat; USA Has Built Three New Navy Ships

1). USS REAGAN

Seeing it next to the Arizona Memorial really puts its size into perspective…. ENORMOUS!

USS Ronald Reagan

USS Ronald Reagan

When the Bridge pipes ‘Man the Rail’ there is a lot of rail to man on this monster: shoulder to shoulder, around 4.5 acres. Her displacement is about 1 00,000 tons with full complement.

2). USS BILL CLINTON

The USS William Jefferson Clinton (CVS 1 ) set sail today from its home port of Vancouver , BC ..

The ship is the first of its kind in the Navy and is a standing legacy to President Bill Clinton ‘for his foresight in military budget cuts’ and his conduct while holding the (formerly dignified) office of President.

3). USS BARACK H. OBAMA

This new naval fighting ship is giving the U.S. Navy and all Liberal and Illegal Alien Americans “HOPE” as the first of its kind in the Obama “Green Police” United Nations Navy and it is a standing legacy of “hope and change” to come from our current President B.O. in the armed forces of this nation. This ship will be stationed in an undesignated port to fight the “right wing extremists” homemade by religion, bibles, constitutional freedom, guns, and an actual job.

As for this new ship in our Navy stopping all the terror and “nukes” from North Korea and Iran from potentially striking the USA…..?

Don’t ask.
This is not going to be pretty.
